Includes the PR-111 Refractometer and SM-2 Digital Smart Meter bundled in a Nema4X console. Comes standard with 150 psi optical sensor. A 20' sensor cable and a 10' power cord are also included. If you require a longer sensor cable, add $1.00 per foot beyond 20' to a 620' maximum length. Sensor pressure ranges greater than 150 psi are available on request. Custom calibration included.

SM-2 SMART METER.
The Smart Meter will improve the overall accuracy of the refractometer system. A LED digital display makes this meter reading easy to see from a distance. An isolated 4-20ma output is part of the standard package. Up to six programmable annunciators for alarm and /or control points may also be provided at small additional cost. |

SP-1 STEAM PURGE PRISM CLEANING UNIT.
Operator can set the frequency and duration of the prism cleaning cycle. Operation is automatic after the unit has been programmed. Recommended for those difficult applications where the process liquid is coating the prism and affecting the measurement values. |

HP-1 HIGH PRESSURE SELF CLEANING ADAPTER.
This adapter uses the process liquid itself to keep the measuring prism clean. The measured product is not contaminated with other substances such as a steam or other cleaning agents to maintain the integrity of the measurement. The unit may be added to most of our custom adapter configurations. |

PROCESS ADAPTERS.
The optical head of the PR-111 can be mounted into pipes, kettles or other vessels with suitable adapters. We can provide a spool adapter or a threaded adapter for your pipeline, a flange adapter for your kettle or any other adapter that may be required.
